A new chapter begins
On behalf of our brand, I’d like to wish all of our existing clients as well as first-time visitors a very warm welcome to our new website. It’s taken our team twelve months to put together but we’re finally here and I couldn’t be more proud.
Like many businesses, the past couple of years have given us time to think about how we want to move forward as a brand and how to balance future ambitions with the preservation of our heritage roots.
For me, that has meant really thinking about what differentiates us as a family business and then deciding how to build on those strengths, digitally. At the heart of our brand is relationships, first with each other and then with our clients. If you take a tour of our website, that really comes through.
There’s a whole section devoted to the House of Abram and its history as well as the evolution of our brand as a family business. This includes how my grandfather’s and uncle’s legacies helped shape my father’s passion for this business and then how my parents went on to build this brand together. It’s an inspiring story of hard work and determination and this is the first time it’s been told.
Part of our heritage is also defined by the way we’ve helped collectors create their own legacies. Our role has always been that of expert advisor and part of the joy of this business has been working with the same families, generation after generation, helping them build their own collections and create bespoke pieces. On the new website, we share those experiences.
The relaunch of our brand and new site is also about reaching the next generation of jewellery lovers and collectors. For the first time, we have an e-salon offering fine jewellery pieces for sale online across a range of diamond and precious stone varieties as well as an extensive collection of men's cufflinks.
The site also offers visitors a chance to view our magnificent collection of high jewellery and estate pieces as well as learn about rare jewels. We’ve created a lot of content around understanding jewels, guides to selecting and fitting your piece as well as an insight into the precision that goes into every creation.
As our new site is launched, I’m also excited to reveal our updated tagline, Worthy of Collection. To be worthy of collection, each Ronald Abram piece must be made from the finest quality materials and adhere to the highest standards. It’s what we’ve always done but now more than ever, it’s about building for ourselves and our clients a lasting and sustainable legacy.
We have a lot of exciting plans going forward including new collections and more travel. We look forward to seeing you in our e-salon, on the road or at our home in The Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. In the meantime, please enjoy.
