Shipping

We offer complimentary domestic and international shipping. Please note, international shipments are subject to customs clearance which can cause delays out of our control.

For Customers outside of Hong Kong, all Orders are shipped without payment of import duties, taxes, charges, customs or other governmental charges. Customers will be contacted by our nominated courier for collection of these fees in advance of delivery. These are payable directly to the courier and are non-refundable.

As part of routine inspections carried out by U.S. Customs, Orders valued over US$2,500 may be subject to a further information request via our nominated courier, including the shipping receiver’s Social Security and/or IRS number. This is a routine requirement requested by U.S. Customs for shipment clearance.

Once your Order has been processed, you will be asked to provide us with an identification document for shipment.

On delivery, you will need to sign for the package and produce matching identification upon receipt.

If you are not available to accept delivery or collection of your Order, they may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the courier.

If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not accept delivery or collect your Order from the courier, we may charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us to return the Order back to the sender, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.

Rest of World
USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Bahrain, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait


Returns

Ronald Abram Limited prides itself on exceptional customer service. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may request an exchange or store credit from us within seven days of receipt of your item.

Return Process

Please email us at sales@ronaldabram.com to request your return and state the following in such email:

  • your Order number;
  • your name; and
  • whether you want a store credit or exchange of Product.

Return instructions will then be issued to you via email.

When exchanging or returning your piece please ensure that:

  • the security tag has not been removed.
  • your Product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Take care to return any certificates and all paperwork that accompanied the item.
  • you have not worn the Product. Products with signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • you have contacted us at sales@ronaldabram.com within seven business days of receiving your Product to request a store credit or exchange. We will send you a return confirmation upon email receipt.
  • you return the Product within fourteen days of receiving our return confirmation to: Ronald Abram Limited Suite 1401-1404, Prince’s Building,Central, Hong Kong


Please note, bespoke Products or Products that have been resized, altered or engraved cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping and costs are to be covered and paid for by the Customer.

The Product must be received by us in order for a Customer to be eligible for a store or exchange. We will inspect the returned Product upon arrival and it will be subject to a quality assurance inspection. Our return processing time will vary depending on your Order.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any Product that does not meet the above return requirements, which final determination will be in our sole discretion.

If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned Product, we will send an email to you approving your return.

Depending on what you stated in your email request to return your Product, we will either send you a store credit or a new replacement Product to the Delivery Address stated in your initial Order.

Once your replacement Product is dispatched, we will email you a new Order and tracking number. We offer complimentary shipping on all replacement Products.

Duties, taxes, charges, customs or other governmental charges on your initial Order are non-refundable. You are responsible for any duties, charges, customs, taxes or other governmental charges payable for the delivery of any replacement Product to the Delivery Address.

If you would like to cancel an Order before we have issued an Order Confirmation or if you find a fault with your Product, please contact us on +852 2525-1234 or sales@ronaldabram.com.

If you would like to exchange your piece in person, you may also visit our salon in Hong Kong. You will be able to exchange your Order for another item(s) of equal or greater value.

All sales are deemed final if no return is requested within the seven day period after you receive your product.

Returns outside this timeframe may only be accepted at the discretion of Ronald Abram.
