These are our commonly asked questions.

Do you deliver internationally?

Ronald Abram delivers internationally to an approved list of countries. Please review on our Delivery and Returns page before making a purchase.

Do you have any international branches?

At this time, Ronald Abram has one salon which is located in The Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong. We do travel regularly to see clients. Please contact us to learn more.

Is delivery door-to-door?

Yes, our specialist couriers deliver door-to-door.

Is my delivery insured?

Yes, each Ronald Abram purchase is fully insured.

Is in salon pick up available for items purchased online?

In-salon pickup is available at our salon in Hong Kong for all items purchased online.

How will my purchase be packed?

Your purchase comes packaged in a Ronald Abram jewellery box. Complimentary gift wrapping is also available on all items.

Can I include a gift card?

Ronald Abram gift cards are available with purchase. Simply send us your message and we will include it with your item. 

How can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please email sales@ronaldabram.com and we will provide you with the necessary instructions. Any items sent to us without a return number will not be accepted. Returns are also not accepted on customised or personalised pieces. Please read our Delivery and Returns page carefully before placing an order. 

Can jewellery be resized?

Most jewellery pieces can be resized. There are some exceptions including eternity rings. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss all your resizing questions.

How do I find my jewellery size?

The most accurate method of establishing your jewellery size is to visit a professional jeweller. If you'd prefer, we have created a series of size guides that can be downloaded from our website to measure your ring, bracelet or necklace size. For clients interested in making an acquisition, we can also send out a ring sizer.

Are your diamonds and gemstones accompanied by gemmological reports?

All Ronald Abram diamonds over one carat are accompanied by a gemmological report.

What happens if I lose my gemmological certificate?

We keep detailed archives and records and are able to assist.

Do you provide insurance evaluations?

Yes, we are able to provide insurance evaluations on all Ronald Abram pieces.

What happens if I want something that is out of stock?

If you'd like to purchase an item that is out of stock, we are able to create that piece as a special order. Please contact us at sales@ronaldabram.com to discuss further.

How long on average will I have to wait to get a piece made?

On average, it takes 6-8 weeks for a bespoke piece to be designed and created. This can take longer depending on the number and type of gemstones required as well as the complexity of the design.

Is it possible to use two different pyament methods for the same order?

At this time, we only accept one payment method per order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards as well as bank transfer. For all payments, we may seek pre-authorisation and additional identification documents to process your order. 

Will I be charged sales tax?

You will not be charged sales tax on purchases made and delivered in Hong Kong. For tax arrangements in all other countries, please refer here

Are prices subject to change?

Prices on our website and in our salon are subject to change based on international market conditions. 

Can I get a bespoke piece of jewellery created?

We specialise in bespoke creations. If you'd like to get a piece custom made by Ronald Abram, we'd be happy to arrange a consultation. Please contact us at sales@ronaldabram.com to discuss further.

Can you create a bespoke piece with my own stones?

We are only able to create bespoke pieces using stones purchased from Ronald Abram.

Is there a design fee?

We do charge a design fee for some pieces. The cost of these varies depending on the intricacy of the design. 

Can I buy loose diamonds?

Ronald Abram is a diamond trader and loose stones are available for purchase. Please contact us at sales@ronaldabram.com to discuss further.

What items can be repaired?

If your piece becomes damaged, please get in touch with us immediately and we will advise on next steps. Repairs can be made to all Ronald Abram pieces in our atelier in Hong Kong.

How do I get an item repaired?

All repairs are made in our atelier in Hong Kong. Please visit our salon for an in-person repair and maintenance assessment. If you're outside Hong Kong, please contact us at sales@ronaldabram.com to arrange for your item to be shipped.

How does the return process work?

We will arrange for your piece to be picked up and shipped to us via specialist jewellery couriers. 

How much will I be charged for the repair?

Charges are dependent on the nature of the repair. Please contact us at sales@ronaldabram.com for a quotation.
